Delete account and data
Start deletion in the app or request it by support email.

Open Account → Delete account. Confirm your identity and choose whether to keep or remove projects stored only on your device. Your account and associated data are removed from Mono Slicer’s active systems.
Outside the app
Email jhony@gizmodevs.com.br from the address associated with your Mono account and request deletion of your Mono Slicer account. We may ask you to verify your identity. Do not send passwords, printer LAN codes, or payment details.
Retention and subscriptions
Projects kept on your device are not removed by an external request. A technical receipt without name or email remains for 35 days; automatic PostgreSQL backups are kept for 7 days. Account deletion does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions; cancel in the relevant store.
