Controller and contact

Jhony Lucas Cavalcante da Silva is responsible for Mono Slicer data processing. For privacy requests: jhony@gizmodevs.com.br.

Account and authentication

When you sign in with Apple, we receive the account identifier and the name and email Apple provides, which may be a private relay address. We also process session, language, installation, platform, app version, and device model data for authentication and security.

Projects and processing

Projects are stored on your device. For generation and slicing you request, the service may receive images, text, 3D models, and parameters needed for the operation. Signing in does not automatically upload your entire local library.

Printers and diagnostics

Printer communication takes place on the local network; LAN access codes stay on the device. The service may receive installation identifier, printer model, submission state, and technical errors to diagnose failures. Logs generated by the application contain only general technical categories, without names, email addresses, files, account identifiers, or request contents.

Purchases and notifications

Apple processes payments. We receive transaction and subscription information to verify access, without receiving full card numbers. If you allow notifications, we use the device token and service events to deliver them.

Providers and transfers

Apple provides login, purchases, and notifications. DigitalOcean hosts the API and service data in US infrastructure and may process technical connection metadata needed for hosting. Only information needed to operate these functions is shared.

Retention and deletion

Local projects remain until you delete them. Completed jobs expire after 24 hours under the current configuration. Account deletion removes data from active systems; a technical receipt without name or email is retained for 35 days for reconciliation. Automatic backups of the managed PostgreSQL database are kept for 7 days.

Your rights and choices

You can start account deletion in Account. Control notifications and Local Network access in iOS Settings. Request access, correction, clarification, or deletion by email. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
